What it’s like to work with me
I work at the intersection of operations, systems, and communication — the part of an organisation where process design, clear documentation, and practical problem-solving overlap. My background is in the public sector, which means I’ve built and improved systems inside complex, real-world environments where things actually have to work, not just look good in a presentation.
I think in systems. When something isn’t working — a process that creates bottlenecks, information that isn’t findable, a workflow nobody follows because nobody designed it properly — I want to understand why, and then fix it in a way that holds up after I’ve left the room.
The work here reflects that. It’s practical, it’s considered, and it’s built around how people actually operate rather than how they’re supposed to.
